I’m Ron Schaefer. Years ago, I curated a bespoke playlist for my daughter’s wedding reception. And then did a few for friends’ birthday parties… and I just couldn’t stop. So now this quiet passion of mine has evolved to putting together soundtracks for the life around me. 

It isn't my job, or even my side-hustle... this is my creative outlet for the corner of my personality that thinks it can be a music producer (right next to the corner that thinks I can be an astronaut).

I'm not paid in any way from this project; my only reward is hearing when people enjoy my collections. So enjoy them, use them, share them!

I use Spotify (www.spotify.com) to create my playlists. I do my best to match my lists on both Apple Music and YouTube Music streaming services as well (not all songs are available on all services). Use whichever service you like best for your listening. You can “like” or “add” my lists to your own library there for easy access in the future.

Most of my lists are at least an hour long, and many are HOURS long.  In addition to building new lists, I'm frequently tweaking my earlier lists to keep them fresh and relevant (and updated on all services).

Three things please: First, feel free to connect with me to send ideas and requests for new lists or additions to a current list and I'll do what I can.  Second, send me stories about using my lists! Third, if you like my lists, please share this site with your friends! The more, the merrier when it comes to enjoying music.
